Use finer grind, use more coffee.
Machine won't start brewing
The machine powers on, but does not brew espresso.
Solutions:
Wait until the brew key light remains constantly on.
Milk not foamy after frothing
Steamed milk lacks the desired foam texture.
Solutions:
Ensure sufficient water in reservoir, chill milk before frothing.
No coffee coming out
No espresso is dispensed during brewing.
Solutions:
Fill water reservoir, use medium ground coffee, reduce coffee amount, do not tamp coffee.
No steam being generated
The steam wand does not produce steam.
Solutions:
Fill water reservoir, turn on appliance, unplug and clean steam wand with a needle or toothpick.
Power switch light does not work
Espresso machine does not power on.
Solutions:
Ensure machine is plugged into a functioning outlet.
