Rice too dry/hard after cooking
Rice is undercooked and lacks moisture
Solutions:
Add 1 cup water, stir thoroughly, close lid, and select white rice function again. Repeat until rice is soft and moist.
Rice too moist/soggy after cooking
Rice is overcooked and has excess moisture
Solutions:
Stir rice to redistribute moisture. Close lid and allow cooker to remain in keep warm for 10-30 minutes, stirring periodically.
