Solutions:
Always ensure the outside of the inner pot is dry before use.
Rice too dry/hard after cooking
Rice is undercooked and lacks moisture
Solutions:
Add 1 cup of water, stir thoroughly, close the lid, and select the rice function again. Repeat until the rice is soft and moist.
Rice too moist/soggy after cooking
Rice is overcooked and has excess moisture
Solutions:
Stir the rice to redistribute the moisture. Close the lid and allow the cooker to remain in keep warm mode for 10-30 minutes, stirring periodically.
