Aroma ARC-763C
The Aroma ARC-763C is a rice and grain cooker designed for countertop use. It features a removable inner pot and a steam vent. The cooker operates on 120V AC power and includes a cook/warm switch. It can cook up to 3 cups of uncooked white rice, yielding 6 cups of cooked rice. The device automatically switches to a warm mode after cooking is complete. It is intended for household use only and should not be used for deep frying.

Cook indicator light does not illuminate when the cook switch is pressed.
Solutions:
Ensure the power cord is firmly connected to a working outlet. Try a different outlet on a separate circuit.
Cooker Won't Heat
The cooker is plugged in, but does not heat up.
Solutions:
Ensure the exterior and inner pot are completely dry before use. Clean the heating plate with a damp cloth.
Inner Pot Not Sitting Level
Cooker doesn't seem to be heating evenly.
Solutions:
Ensure the heating plate and inner pot are clean and free of debris. Gently press down on the inner pot to ensure it's level.
Rice is Overcooked/Burnt
Rice is mushy or stuck to the bottom of the pot.
Solutions:
Reduce the amount of water used. Do not leave rice on warm for more than 12 hours.
Rice is Undercooked
Rice is still hard or crunchy after the cooking cycle.
Solutions:
Add more water according to the rice-to-water ratio. Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Steam Vent Obstructed
Steam is not escaping properly from the vent.
Solutions:
Carefully clean the steam vent to remove any obstructions.
