Over-heating/High Temperature
Solutions:
Turn off cooker, allow to cool 5-10 minutes then restart. If problem persists, contact customer service 1-800-276-6286.
Inner pot wet when returned to cooker
Unit fails to operate or malfunctions
Solutions:
Ensure the outside of the inner pot is completely dry before use.
Rice too dry/hard after cooking
Rice is undercooked and lacks moisture
Solutions:
Add 1 cup water, stir thoroughly, and re-cook using the white rice function. Repeat if necessary.
Rice too moist/soggy after cooking
Rice is overcooked and has excess moisture
Solutions:
Stir rice to redistribute moisture. Close lid and allow to remain on keep warm for 10-30 minutes, stirring periodically.
