Keep Warm mode not working

Solutions:

Fill kettle with 6 cups water and 3 tablespoons baking soda/1 cup white vinegar/1/2 cup lemon juice. Boil, soak overnight, rinse, and repeat if needed. Use distilled water to prevent future build-up.

Water boils, but kettle does not turn off

Kettle continues to heat even after water has reached boiling point.

Solutions:

Allow kettle to cool completely. Check that the lid is securely locked into place.
