The Breville Smart Oven Compact Convection is a countertop convection oven featuring Element iQ™ technology for even cooking. It includes functions for toasting, bagels, baking, roasting, broiling, pizza, cookies, and reheating. It has preset cooking settings and adjustable temperature/time controls. The oven includes a wire rack, baking pan, and broil rack. It features a digital display and a standby mode.
